30 Jul MBS, London Olympia
Some moments in life feel like more than coincidence!
on the 25/5/26, I had the incredible privilege of facilitating not one but two ceremonial sound baths at MINDBODYSPIRIT festival, held at London Olympia.
sitting in front of so many wonderful people, guiding them through moments of stillness, healing and self connection, was an experience I will treasure for the rest of my life. To be invited to hold space at one of the UK’s most respected holistic wellbeing events was an honour in itself, but what made the day even more meaningful was something deeply personal.
My grandmother passed away when I was 12 years old, yet her love, wisdom and influence have remained with me throughout my life. She was an integral part of my childhood and played a significant role in shaping the person I have become. Her kindness, cleanliness, resilience and unwavering love are qualities I still carry with me today.
My Mum also made a surprise visit with her Cousin, to support me, which meant the absolute world to me.
My family and I have been attending MINDBODYSPIRIT festival at London Olympia for over ten years, so it was truly an honour to facilitate these sound baths.
As I sat in that beautiful Ceremony space, surrounded by the calming vibrations of the Gongs, Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and sacred instruments, I couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. It felt as though life had come full circle, a reminder that those who shape us never truly leave us. Their love continues to guide us in ways we often don’t realise until we pause long enough to reflect.
Helping others to slow down, reconnect with themselves and experience moments of peace is more than my profession, it’s my purpose. Every healing session, every sound bath and every conversation is an opportunity to remind someone that they are worthy of taking time for themselves.
The MINDBODYSPIRIT festival also gave me the opportunity to meet so many incredible people, reconnect with familiar faces and make new meaningful connections within the wellbeing community. It was inspiring to witness thousands of people coming together with a shared intention to learn, heal, and grow. I have also been asked to Facilitate another Sound Bath at MINDBODYSPIRIT Festival taking place at NEC, in Birmingham, which I’m super excited about and cannot wait.
with love & Gratitude
