What to Expect in Your 90-Minute Session 

We begin gently, with breathwork, inviting you to ground yourself and become fully present. The breath opens the door to stillness, preparing you to journey beyond the everyday mind.

I will then guide you into rhythm with the heartbeat of the drum—a sacred sound that shifts your awareness into a deeper state. The drumming becomes your bridge, carrying you into a powerful journey of the soul.

For around 20–25 minutes, you’ll be guided to meet your spirit guide or guardian angel—loving allies who are here to offer wisdom, protection, and insight. Many clients experience profound clarity, comfort, and the reassurance that they are deeply supported.

From here, we move into the core of the healing: 60 minutes of Shamanic Healing. This may include soul retrieval, clearing stagnant energy, restoring balance, or reconnecting you with the healing forces of nature. Each session is unique, guided by spirit, and always aligned with what your soul needs most in that moment.
